By purchasing through our Black Friday online sale, you agree to the following terms:
Sale period
Offers are available during sale period only. Purchases must be completed during this period. Sale prices will not be extended or applied retrospectively.
Online purchases
Please purchase under the name of the client receiving the treatments and include their correct mobile number and email address. Allow 24–48 hours for purchases to be added to their client account. Please retain your order confirmation.
Treatment expiry
Purchased treatments must be completed within the following periods, calculated from the purchase date:
1–3 treatments: 6 months.
4 or more treatments: 12 months.
Please consider recommended treatment intervals when purchasing and book ahead to allow enough time to complete your treatments. These expiry periods apply to discounted treatment purchases, not general gift cards.
Treatment suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation, suitability, contraindications and therapist recommendations. We recommend a consultation before purchasing if you are unsure which treatment is suitable. Skin Studio by Laura may decline to perform a treatment where it is unsafe or clinically inappropriate.
Unsuitable treatments and credit
If a purchased treatment is assessed as unsuitable, we may offer a credit equal to the amount actually paid for the unused treatment, to put towards a suitable alternative.
To access Black Friday pricing on an alternative treatment, the conversion must be arranged during the sale period. After the sale ends, alternative treatments will be charged at the prices applicable at the time of conversion. Any price difference is payable by the client. This does not replace any refund or other remedy required by law.
Refunds and exchanges
Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind. Purchased treatments cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including any entitlement to a refund or other remedy.
Bookings and cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. Purchasing a treatment does not guarantee a particular appointment time or therapist. Our standard cancellation, rescheduling and no-show policy applies and will be provided when booking.

Black Friday offers apply only to the items advertised in the online sale and cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional codes or membership discounts unless expressly stated.
