This promotion is valid for the month of November 2025 only.
No extensions or exceptions will be granted after this period.
Location Eligibility
Promotional purchases are valid only at our Coolangatta location.
Offers cannot be redeemed or transferred to our Port Macquarie location.
Redemption Period
Purchases of 6 or fewer treatments must be redeemed within 6 months from the purchase date.
Purchases of more than 6 treatments must be redeemed within 12 months from the purchase date.
Expired promotions will not be extended or refunded.
Processing Time
Please allow 24–48 hours for your promotional purchase to appear in your Timely account.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and non-refundable.
If a client is deemed unsuitable for a purchased treatment, the amount can be exchanged for another service or product of equal value.
No cash refunds or credits will be issued.
Treatment Recommendations
For Morpheus8 and Lumecca IPL, 3–6 treatments are recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
For Laser Hair Removal, 6–12 treatments are recommended, spaced 4–6 weeks apart.
For Skin Needling, 6 treatments are recommended, spaced 4 weeks apart.
Every client’s skin is unique and may require more or fewer sessions depending on individual needs and desired results.
Consultations
Consultations are recommended before booking any treatment to ensure suitability and optimal results.
Consultations can be completed on the same day as your treatment, subject to therapist availability.
General Conditions
