1. Promotion Period
The Boxing Day Sale is valid for one week only, from 12:00am on 24 December 2025 until 11:59pm on 31 December 2025. All purchases must be made within this period to qualify for the promotional pricing.
2. No Exemptions
This promotion applies strictly to the services and packages advertised as part of the Boxing Day Sale.
No substitutions, alterations, or exemptions will be granted.
3.Client Name Requirement
All purchases must be made under the name of the client receiving the treatment.
Purchases cannot be transferred to another person after the transaction has been completed.
4.Processing Time for Purchases
Purchases may take 24–48 hours to appear on the client’s account.
This processing period is normal and does not affect the validity of the sale purchase.
5. Clinic Closure During Sale Period
The clinic will be closed during the Boxing Day Sale period.
However, any enquiries will be responded to via text message and Instagram.
Response times may vary, but all messages will be attended to.
6.Payment Requirements
• Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the discounted rate.
• Purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
7.Expiry Period
All Boxing Day Sale purchases carry a 12-month expiry from the date of purchase.
Treatments not used within this period will be forfeited. No extensions will be provided.

• Appointments are subject to availability.
• We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment, as appointment times fill quickly during promotional periods.
9.Non-Exchangeable
Sale treatments or packages cannot be:
• Exchanged for other services
• Swapped for different treatment areas
• Redeemed for cash, credit, or gift vouchers
10.Multiple Treatment Packages
If packages include multiple sessions, all sessions must be redeemed within the 12-month expiry period.
